I think we figured it out!  Right across the top of my gluts have been so achy.  I have found I need to reset before I get up from the chair.  You mentioned tight Quads and I think that is it.  These past 3 to 4 weeks I have missed a lot of classes.  I do Wed and Sunday and usually one video, guess that is not enough.  Will do more quad stretches and hope to notice a difference.  Thanks Wendy

Dad says very good!  better than weights!  Music covers your voice in a number of areas.  Is there a way to turn it down?

Wow! Very relaxing class.  Excellent back stretches.  Sorry to have missed the live class today.  Imagine the roads will be bare now!  LOL
