Well, I found that both encouraging and annoying! Lol. With the seated abdominal work, my feet would NOT stay on the floor!! Best I could do was lightly brush the floor, maybe! Arms, you did 13 with 5lb weights and I did 13 as well, in the chair with NO weights! Thank you Wendy. Love mom

Dad and I did this one. He said he really need it. Next time we will move out of recliner and on the straight chair. That is dad’s request for us! Thank you Wendy.
